Hello Products makes naturally friendly products, but at the time, their website was not so friendly to use. The brand had packaging that popped off the shelf in retail, but was in need of a strong digital brand. the existing brand relied heavily on wood-textures and lacked modernity. we created a simple + friendly digital brand voice. The key insight was that consumers were expecting a subscription-based eComm experience, and so we created a subscribe-first checkout approach.
